Sat, 13 January 2007 We are going to change gears just a bit on the Carsonator Podcast from here on out. This week Steve and I sat down together to watch Al Gore’s movie “An Inconvenient Truth, and were so inspired by what we saw that our perspectives on life and what we are here to do will never be the same. Please listen to this episode with an open mind; I strongly invite anyone who has not already watched this film to do so as soon as possible. After doing this, if you are as inspired as we were, please send me some feedback and share your thoughts on the subject of global warming. I want so much to enjoy our future on this planet. If you are involved in or know of anything that I could lend my talents to help further the cause, please get in touch with me. I want to do my part. It’s not all doomsday on the show, though. In fact none if it is! It’s about what we can do; NOT just what is going to happen! To that point; Everything starts with shedding your fear! EVERYTHING! Steve and I wrote a song about just that and share it with all of you in this episode. Climbing mountains begins with the first step, and Steve takes that step this week in converting his household over to one that recycles! And finally, I introduce you all to a person that I have never met, but I already consider a good friend. His name is David Ippolito; That guitar man from Central Park. I already feel a strong connection to this dude and in this episode I share the first step of what I hope is a long list of works that we will share ideas and collaborate on. Listen to what we did and give me some feedback. That’s it for this week! I’m working of Fridays again, so this may turn into a weekend podcast… we’ll see how things go. Thank you all for stopping by. Please consider using the links to your right to get subscribed to this podcast. Talk to you all next week. Comments[4] |
